SilvaReferenceChecker landed in greenhouse; was: SilvaReferenceChecker 0.2 released

Thanks for looking into it.

I placed the product in the infrae greenhouse. If You want to check out
aside to an existing Silva installation, the following should do:

  cvs -d `cat Silva/CVS/Root` co  -d SilvaReferenceChecker greenhouse/SilvaReferenceChecker

I think You should have write access there, too ...

I hope its ok with infrae the way I put it there, or I will have to clean
it up afterwards.

P.S.: As I am currently on vacation, at least in theory I could take the time
at some way to integrate with CMFLinkChecker; however I am currently busy
debugging my wlan card, and the weather is a little bit too nice around here
to spend the day in front of the computer, too ...
