I'm a bit confused:

* the OAI pack integrates with Silva, not with Plone, though you could 
develop Plone integration using the Python-specific parts.

* the OAI pack only contains a harvesting-related code, not a OAI data 
provider.

We now do have data provider code but this is unreleased and Plone 
integration is not a priority for us at the moment. :)
