cvs HEAD: Forms Editor broken?

Hi,

  after I did a cvs update for Silva and SilvaDocument in my
cvs head sandbox (and switching to kupu1.3) the forms based editor
does not longer work for me.

  It displays the content, but when clicking any of the
arrows to edit or insert something I get a 404 -- except
for the "index" which switches to kupu instead (so could
be a feature either ;-)

Can anyone reproduce this, or is it just my installation?
