i'm confused. i cannot reproduce this with the current silva-1.3 and  
this is the bug which i ment from the beginning. this is fixed for  
1.4, isn't it?

no. i never even tried so far to use the checkboxes and any buttons  
at the top. for me the checkboxes are only associated with the  
buttons at the bottom (select all, position, move, rename, cut, copy,  
delete, close, publish now). although using checkboxes with the  
status tab would be nice so one would not see the whole container;-)

no, i think that this makes more sense and the smi more consistent.  
the content tab is about importing (images, files, xml, zips) and the  
publish tab about exporting (public web, xml, zips). so i like this  
decision. but please don't forget to remove as well the export button  
which appears after you have clicked on the import button on tab_edit  
(hopefully, this was understandable).
