i cannot get silva external sources to work in kupu. you can choose  
an external source but you cannot insert it and the parameters are  
not shown. the only thing that works is the remove button when there  
has been an external source previously added with the trusty old  
forms editor.

creating ghost objects and ghost folders does not work in the get  
link reference lookup window. these types of objects require id and  
reference. although one can choose an object as reference clicking on  
the place reference button does not work. when this works you should  
definitely remove the possibility to add even more objects in the  
second lookup screen because maybe nasty things could be created  
(nested/ circular references?).
