double lookups exist only with the ghost/ghost folder objects. adding  
new content is available in the image lookup, therefore, at least  
adding silva files should be possible also in the reference lookup.  
this is an important feature for streamlining the workflow; i cannot  
remember how many times i (and possibly many others) have wanted to  
link to a file asset which i have forgotten to upload before. sorry,  
to be a nuisance here;-)
