well, yes. but the second lookup with the ghost and ghost folder is a  
little bit buggy:

1. in the lookup window 2 of a ghost object i always see two index  
objects.

2. when clicking on the "cancel" button in the lookup window 2 of a  
ghost/ghost folder object and then clicking on the "cancel" button in  
the create ghost/ghost folder object window then the lookup window 1  
changes the available objects, it inherits the available objects from  
the previous lookup window 2. sounds complicated;-)

(i wouldn't mind at all disabling the creation of ghost/ghost folder  
in the lookup window.)
