SVN migration monday the 13th of february

[sent this a few days ago but aren't sure it reached the list, so better 
late than never!]

Hi there,

We are going to try migrating our CVS  to SVN again monday the 13th.

This means that if you have any pending checkins in your checkout, and
you want them to be part of the conversion, they should be checked in
*before* monday. If not, you'll have to transfer your patches manually
to a SVN checkout.

On monday, access to our CVS will be blocked again. We will make another
announcement once the transfer to SVN is complete, with instructions on
where to find the code.
