Silva 1.5.5 released

Hi there,

A Silva 1.5.5 bugfix release was made just now. Find it at the usual 
location:

It includes the following fixes:

       - The lookup window respects the reader role again - you can
         access folders with the lookup window using the reader role.

       - Changed to a more discreet favicon for the public views

       - XSLT renderers did not take virtual hosting situations into account
         when rendering images and links in documents.

       - In 'normal' headings index items were not rendered by the XSLT
         renderers.

       - The full media export now uses a tempfile instead of an in memory
         stringIO to build the zipfile, hopefully improving memory
         footprint.

       - Added a missing note to the doc/developer_changes.txt about
         i18n changes.

       - Ghostfolders exported haunted content, which broke asset ids in the
         zip. Since this content was ignored on import it is no longer
         exported.

       - Fixed Issue1449: Siblings Sidebar should display title or id

       - Fixed issue1516: space above kupu in news items. The previous fix
         messed up the display of non-kupu versionedcontent, so this fix 
is more
         robust, allowing other extensions to control the feedback space 
too.
