ZMI templates with ZCML registration of Silva extensions

Hello

Silva extensions used to provide page templates for managing objects in 
the ZMI such as 'SilvaDocument/www/documentAdd.zpt'. With the new ZCML 
registration of Silva extensions they do not work anymore. What about 
them? Have they become obsolete? Should they be deleted?
