dear developers

i just noted that there is no possibility to change the depth level  
of table of contents as it is possible in code sources. there is no  
update only a remove button. well, the toc has only one single  
parameter so this is no real issue.

on the properties tab is says: "If [hide from tables of content] is  
enabled, this content (and anything it contains!) will not show up in  
tables of content." this is not true. at least when you're talking  
about the built-in table of contents of silva and everybody will  
think you do. if not you should change the text. btw, muti_toc  
respects this parameter so the code is already available...
