The automated build scripts check to see if there have been any changes
recorded in SVN at the root of the checkout since the last check (using
the "Last Changed Rev" value) and runs the build only if there have been
any changes. The script runs every 15 minutes.

I have now changed the buildout.zope.org site so that the SVN check is
no longer done. The script runs every hour and does a full SVN up/build/etc.
