         I tried to "add" SalesEM, but got the following error:
         The specified module, SalesEM, couldn't be found. (Also, an error occurred while attempting to render the
         standard error message.)
         I installed Zope as part of the Plone 2.0 installer on OS X. According to the README.txt, Python code for
         External Methods should be placed here: /Applications/Plone2/Library/Software/Zope270/Zope/skel/Extensions.
         Well, that's where I put it. I double-checked the name, and the code, and it's all correct. Why doesn't it
         work?
