    If you forget or lose the initial user name and password, shut
    Zope down and change the initial user password with the
    *zpasswd.py* script and restart Zope. See the chapter entitled
    "Users and Security":Security.stx for more information about
    configuring the initial user account.

       This above point is super important. Make sure to *shutdown* the server, then run zpasswd, *then* start the
       server. It has to reload this info.
