IRC meeting the coming weekend

Hi all,

Jon, Gerry and I discussed getting this project back on track, and we're
going to start having IRC meetings again.

Could those of you interested in participating in the IRC meetings send me
a message about when you expect to be available during the week (which
days, around which times and what timezone you're in?)

If there are any issues you'd like to see discussed, send me a note on
it and I'll add it to the agenda.
