Hi everybody, Congrats to SR on the first release of ZMailman 2.1! I'd like to update the docs with a list of tasks and the people working on them. First, do we have an updated list of the tasks / features that need to be done for the ZMailman 2.1 final release? I saw SR put something in the TODO.txt file, but I'd like to keep the list of tasks in a spreadsheet or database so it's easier to manage. Second, can everyone who is interested in working on ZMailman please let me know a) who you are, b) whether I can include you in the list of people working on ZMailman, and c) what you are doing? Here's an example: I am Fred Wilson Horch <[email protected]>, a programmer / non-profit executive from Durham, North Carolina, and Ithaca, New York, USA. You can include me on the list of people working on ZMailman. I am handling documentation: maintaining it in CVS, publishing pages to the web site, and potentially sending out notices and requests to various people, mailing lists and web sites. Thanks, Fred P.S. One more thing: can you all send me ideas for people, mailing lists and web sites that we should contact about ZMailman? I know SR and I want this to be more than a two-person show; I think one way to make sure that more developers join the project is to make sure more developers know about it. ZMailman is going to be great -- tighter integration between Zope and Mailman will improve both products, making it tons easier for web masters to manage their mailing lists and for list subscribers to share and find information through the ZMailman lists they subscribe to. -- Fred Wilson Horch mailto:[email protected] Executive Director, EcoAccess http://ecoaccess.org/ P.O.
