Okay, here are my goals:

- Finish copying the Web UI functionality. There is still a big piece 
missing in Privacy and some screens in the original UI have radio buttions 
that cause direct action. I would like these radio buttons to to become 
links or submit buttons. You will recognize them since they are missing in 
the ZMailman version and are marked by a fat note in the original UI.

- I hope Trevor will make us a juicy graphics layout... best would be a 
skin support of course. <cough, cough> :-)

- Get the documentation up to speed.

- Make a sort of nice installer that interrupts, if the Mailman URL was not 
set.

- Finish this first version of the ZMMUserFolder.

That's it.

However, after having an extensive discussion with the Mailman-Developers 
list last night, I really want to implement all of the data structures in 
Zope as well, just as a proof of concept, making it however flexible enough 
to work with other data sources. But, this will not influence this release 
in any way!

Yes, that is definitely something to work on! Also, I would like the list 
creation option also in the 'List Admin' tab. Can you do this?

Yes, that is how would do it.

Just provide a UserFolder, so that people can login with their E-mail 
address and their Mailman password for that list, you specify. The roles 
you get depend on the options in Mailman... I think this could be useful, 
at least as a demo. We could use it for example to authenticate people to 
change their options...
