Agreed. Skins would be nice so that people can easily customize what
the external (ie. non-zope management) pages look like.

OK. I just checked in a rework of the that tab that included a button to add mailing lists.
I must confess though that I'm still not clear on the purpose of that tab. It doesn't really
do anything that isn't already already covered by the main "Contents" tab.
Unless it's meant for viewing outside of the ZMI (in which case it shouldn't really be a tab or use the tab headers)>
