I think these are all issues that should be addressed by the core Mailman 
team, since it is not really core to this effort.

Well, you can propose that to the Mailman-Dev group directly. That has 
nothing to do with our work really.

As soon as we have a structure designed, you can start with the 
presentation design. Well, actually you can start already. If you could 
start to design a nice GUI, I would really appreciate it. The nicer, the 
better. While I think that the current GUI is not bad, I think we can do 
better, especially having Zope. I want to keep it really flexible.
