What would the DTML or script look like?
Or would this still use <dtml-sendmail>

BTW, I found a bulk mail how-to   (that uses Postfix.)

Is the start/stop issue a problem with the Mailman API?
If, so could we build on this with ZMailman? and the personalization comment
at the end of the how-to?
