Project documentation

Hi folks,

I have CVS and web access now, so the only excuse left is lack of time.

I will try to spend the limited amount of time I have available reading
the mailing list and working on project documentation, since I'm not going
to be able to install Zope 2.5 and Mailman 2.1 to help out with coding
right away (I need to stay focused on Zope 2.3.3 and Mailman 2.0.8 for the
time being).  I think I'll wait for Python 2.2 final before wading into
the Python 2.x waters (the type/class unification looks interesting).

I created a docs directory in CVS if anyone wants to take a look.

I heard the complaint that we need some "getting started" instructions for
new developers on our web site, and will take care of that in the next few
days unless someone else beats me to it.

P.S.  I also mucked up Barry's wiki, pointing folks from there to
Stephan's web site for more info about ZMailman.
