Not sure what you mean. I call add_list() which does the creation. I
don't think it's creating ZODB persistent objects though.

Heh. Then you have a lot more confidence in me than I do :) But it
does seem to work: From the mailman folder contents you see all of the
existing lists as Mailing List objects and can click on them to manage
them. You can also add and delete lists right there through the
management interface.
But enough talking, I'll commit it right now and you can see for yourself.
