What files match
A/o0/00/00/00/00/00/0B/3AB/0356*

A traceback would help.

Is this during a history or undo operation? or normal read/write?

Maybe I overlooked your answer..... how did you make and restore this backup? 
using the backup.py tool? if not, what else?
