DirectoryStorage + Zope 2.8 troubleshotting

Hi All,

I have a small doubt. I'm currently running a Zope 2.8 and want to use DirectoryStorage to storage my DB instead of single data.fs file. When I follow the steps of the "install.txt" doc i have problems in step 11 while trying to restart Zope. 

The error message I get is: "Storage is locked by another process".

Can anyone tell me what to do, or where to get related information?
