big problem OSError

Hi all,
I use DirectoryStorage on a big production site.
When I try to access to a folder I have th efollowing error :

On the filsystem I can't access anymore to /data/reposit/entdatabase/

I've got a OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

When I try a  python /usr/local/lib/python2.3/site-packages/ 
DirectoryStorage/checkds.py --storage /data/reposit/entdatabase
