ZEO clients can be remote clients without access to blobs directory; ZEO
server serves it.
But ZEO clients can manage a cache directory (that you can limit in size)
to avoid too frequent access...

When placed on the same server, I thing that ZEO clients can get a direct
access to blobs directory without using the cache, using a configuration
directive ("shared_blobs_dir" ?)...
