Pack metadata: timestamps

Is there a storage-agnostic way to get either/both:

(1) Timestamp of last pack;**

(2) Timestamp of the computed undo-history kept -- e.g. if I pack to 7
days, 7 days before the pack time.


** There may be respective ways to get pack timestamp for FileStorage and
for RelStorage (per 2010 ZODB-dev thread), but I'm thinking more generally
and definitely want to support ZEO.
