No.

We have the "PLIP: Update Zope Dependencies #1351" (Plone Improvement
Proposal) https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/issues/1351

This includes upgrade to latest ZODB.

You can use the PLIP-configuration file and change the configuration to
use ZODB 5/Relstorage 2. It should work, if not we are happy to get
plenty of bug-reports.
https://github.com/plone/buildout.coredev/blob/5.1/plip-zope4.cfg

Upgrading Plone to latest Zope and Python3 is also a declared strategic
goal in the Plone Roadmap. We will first go Zope 4 and then Python 3
because of our large code base.

The PLIP was accepted long time ago by the Framework-Team for Plone 6.

After the Alpine City Sprint 3 weeks ago we managed to make current
Plone 5 run on latest Zope 4. After the sprint we had about 16 failing
tests left, now with good work from David Glick and others we are down
to zero failing tests.

The next sprint on this topic is the Zope 2 Recurrection Sprint in Halle
(Saale)/ Germany organized by Gocept beginning of May.
https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/Zope-Sprint/events/237672812/
It focuses more on pushing Zope 4 to Python 3 than on Plone, but it is
very important for Plone too. I'll be there! Join us!

The rough plan is to have at least an alpha release of Zope 4 out
soonish. We are optimistic to get a Plone 6 alpha based on this Zope 4
alpha out before or at Plone Conference in Barcelona in October.
Plone 6 will mainly focus on changes under the hood, so I believe it is
possible.
