RuntimeError: cannot release un-acquired lock

I'm attempting to update my schevo database schema and got a fatal 
exception with the command:

$ schevo db update --app blogengine2 zodb://127.0.0.1:4343

Do ZODB depends on trollius ? Is this a bug in ZODB ?
