Very very interesting. Clearly that is where the future lies. The ZODB and Plone worlds are very much driven by the big corporations wanting the biggest and fasted centralized servers. The future is more distributed. Lots of little servers all over the place. like Diaspora, although that did not go very far. I would love to chat on the phone about what you are doing, and how to synchronize both code and data across lots of smalls servers.
