KeyError

Hi again!

When I run my local wsgiref server with ZEO 5.1.0 I get the following 
traceback:

KeyError: ('\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x03', '\x03\xc5AO]\xf8\xd4\x9a')

Should I try updating ZEO and ZODB to a new version?
