faulty eggs (2)

**sigh**
this morning i replaced the faulty *.zip eggs with new tar.gz releases:

- zope.app.applicationcontrol
- zope.app.appsetup
- zope.app.session
- zope.app.error
- zope.error

in case there are some other .zip eggs in the wild - please fix them  
asap.

i don't blame anyone for releasing faulty eggs, but we should find a  
way to circumvent this in future.
the "working sets" approach might be helpful...
