Can we have a few more details? What Zwiki version did you upgrade from? What Zope versions? Is this on Plone or without? One thing I could think of is that at some point the "history" mechanism was revised and maybe during the upgrade all pages ended up with a "changed date" of the upgrade - though I have not observed any such behaviour so far.
