[GeneralDiscussion] Puzzle over missing "edit"

I want help reconfiguring a Zwiki. I'll describe what I have, and what I want: I came to an existing Zope site. It appears to be 2.9.7-final ... Zwiki was already installed. I created a new Zwiki instance. Things look normal. I begin to create content--Zwiki pages. In the upper right, each such page has selections: "home changes contents help options".
