Hey, Simon! Nearly four years walking down the zwiki road I still have trouble convincing the company to use it actively. Nevertheless there's some progress - from a closed, department only wiki, now we have an open company-wide site and a policy to use it as a tool for communicating requirements and documenting the internal projects.
