Sorry about that. The half-hour timezones were disabled as I didn't hear from people using them. You (or the savannah wiki admin) can enable them as follows: edit the file ``ZWiki/skins/zwiki/UserOptions.dtml``, search for ``timezones``, replace the hour zones with the half-hour ones which are commented below.
