I think, a possible solution to that problem is to hide zope behind apache and to add a rewrite rule which adds a "?refresh=1" behind each URL (but hides this from the user in front of apache...) -- forwarded from http://zwiki.org/1468UpdateProblemsAfterCreatingPages#[email protected]
