Get rid of CMake.

Seriously.  It's a biggie.

And it is just so trivial to dump (especially now that VMS isn't
supporte), and it is also now easy to avoid Autotools.

I'll help, even though I don't need to because NetBSD now has ctwm in
the base X11 install, which it builds with normal BSD Pmake using the
rather tiny and very simple Makefile I posted last year.  :-)
