How to deduce whether IconManager is active?

Hi all,

I can throw up IconManager with f.showIconMgr and remove it with
f.hideIconMgr. What I'd like to do is make a hotkey to toggle it. All I
need is the ability to deduce whether the Icon Manager is active.
Anyone know how to do that?

By the way, can one put branching (if statements) in ~/.ctwmrc
functions?
