In a little more investigation, I think this is right, and it's not
too involved; all we need to do is keep separate bottomOwl's for each
Screen.

Small fix in <lp:~fullermd/ctwm/multiscreen_otp>.  It seems to DTRT on
multiple Screens in a little testing with xnest/Xdmx.  And it hasn't
blown up on my single-Screen desktop.  Give it a try; I think it
should fix things up.

(Also WBNI other people could give a quick whirl, just to be sure it
doesn't have surprising side effects.  I don't expect any.)
