Just LC_ALL works wonders.  According to docs, that's the mother of
all other locale variables, "the ring to rule them all" if you will,
so it's a darn safe bet.  I'd rather see that than LC_COLLATE, as I'm
thinking that a future expansion of the script, if there ever is one,
might need other locale properties than just collation...  But hey,
I'd say it's your decision in the end ;-)
