In some experimentation, I haven't managed to trigger any
ConfigureRequest's at all in popping up the context menu (or any
menus).  i.e., a fprintf(stderr) at the top of
HandleConfigureRequest() doesn't even happen.

I'm on FF 78; maybe there was some weird behavior in 77?  Don't recall
seeing it here, though.  Anybody have ideas on how the event might get
triggered?
