Now, note that xload _does_ set WM_HINTS, and explicitly says it
doesn't take input focus, so we _do_ obey that and don't focus over to
it.  Though I believe that's a change; I vaguely recall that earlier
versions disregarded that, and focused it anyway; was in the same
4.0.0 changes where we chose to focus with no hints at all.
