Hi, I was trying to kill windows by name or by id as listed by "wmctrl -l". But neither "wmctrl -c bla" nor "wmctrl -i -c 0x04e0000d" would kill my xterm with title "bla". After switching from ctwm to icewm it works, after going back to ctwm it doesn't. So it seems that ctwm doesn't allow wmctrl to kill windows. Is there any option to change that? Or any reason why it's not possible with ctwm? cu, Frank -- Dipl.-Inform. Frank Steiner Web: http://www.bio.ifi.lmu.de/~steiner/ Lehrstuhl f.
