Re: Ctwm Submenus appear on the left option

So, I read this as "open submenus off the left instead of the right".
I certainly don't see anything resembling support for that.  In a
little poking, it seems like you'd need at least two things for it:

- In PaintNormalEntry()/Paint3DEntry(), adjustments to realign the
  text over to the right and paint the submenu pixmap on the other
  side.

- In UpdateMenu() (which actually captures the entire process of being
  in a menu), watch for moving over to the left rather than the right
  for popping things out.  Probably also some further tweaks in there
  and/or PopUpMenu to make them shift over to the left instead...
