Make `eclipse` executable after `make`.

How about making `eclipse` executable?  I'm not sure where you want it
in the Makefile, but perhaps just after core.  I'm using Bash as my
shell and after I do `make` I have to do `chmod a+x eclipse` before I
can do `./eclipse :1.0`.
