Hi, I'm really happy to see someone interested in python-efl :)

If you want to make the instructions simpler:
1. you don't need Cython to build python-efl released tarball (Cython is
only needed to build from git)
2. I cannot see any advantage of using a virtual env for building

Thanks for spreading python-efl to the world! as I really don't have the
time to make "marketing" stuff
