What infrastructure is in place maybe this is something we can start working on slowly and im willing to work on this slowly slowly.

Hahahahah! glad you at least you put your hand up for "when i am able to do that in a few years".

My point here is more - it will end up being me right now and I only have X time to do things with and i have to prioritize. Phab works and does the job.
It may not be perfect or the nicest things but it works and still does now.
It's not that hard to use it and adapt to it. There isn't a big need to fix this right now. There are much more important things to work on (at least for me), so I'm going to focus on those for now. :)
