Re: [E-devel] imlib_create_cropped_scaled_image doesn't work for bicolor images

I have pushed some changes that I think makes the scaling work as expected.

For now the old behavior can be restored by setting the environment 
variable IMLIB2_LEGACY_SCALING to any value.

With e16 I have only seen some mostly minor issues with incorrectly 
rendered elements in a few themes.

If this change causes major trouble the default may have to be reverted 
to the old behavior.
