[E-devel] Terminology 1.13.0 and opacity slidebar

Niltze [Hello]-

I usually have Terminology background(s) different from the 
Enlightenment background(s). Evidently, the opacity slidebar adjusts the 
Terminology transparency when the translucent box is checked; however, 
if checked or unchecked the Terminology background *always* remains 
mostly -- extremely -- opaque; accordingly, the background image 
selected can barely be discerned.

Notwithstanding, replacing the v1.13.0 newer file (which has a couple of 
extra lines of code) with the older file:
terminology-1.12.1/data/themes/default/core.edc

before building Terminology v1.13.0, enables the image to be properly 
seen by adjusting the opacity slidebar.

Just my personal experience, of course, but thank you for your work in 
Terminology.
